$45/ Group.

Groups are typically 75 minutes a session depending on the group topic.  Groups are 90 minutes to ensure that each member has dedicated time to share.  Time is also allocated for mindful meditations that occur at both the beginning and the end of the group. Groups begin at an 8 week commitment.  After that time the group member can remain in group and pay weekly.  The 8 week commitment helps to create a foundation for the individual to begin learning to be committed to caring for self.  The 8 week commitment also helps maintain the group bond and connection.  Group members enjoy seeing one another and having a healthy expectation that group members will be there for support and encouragement.  

• Prior to beginning group therapy one will attend an assessment.  Group therapy assessment is a 45 minute session.  We will discuss goals and hopes for therapy.  We will also discuss the format and topics of the group therapy sessions.

$65/Individual Virtual Session

Individual Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.  Therapy often involves exploring challenging emotions and insights. The 50-minute structure allows us to dive deep enough to make progress while ensuring you have adequate time afterward to process what was discussed before returning to your daily activities. This balance helps prevent emotional overwhelm while still facilitating meaningful change.

Insurance Payments/Reimbursement

For those seeking reimbursement from their Insurance companies I will be happy to provide a Superbill and documentation supporting your sessions.  Its important that you ask your insurance company if they reimburse Out of Network as well as the requirements to receive reimbursement

Reduced Fee

Counseling is a wonderful investment into self.  It is understandable that one may need to discuss payment options for entering therapy.  As we discuss the counseling needs we can also discuss payment options that may be able to help you continue to invest in caring for yourself.  I maintain a limited amount of slots dedicated for reduced fee clients.

Cancellation Policy

 

• Group-

  • 24 hour notice is required prior to missing a group session.  This helps inform the group leader that you are safe and will maintain your commitment to self and your fellow group members. 

• Assessment-

  • 24 hour notice is required prior to cancelling an assessment.  The full assessment fee of $25 will be charged for those who do not keep the scheduled appointment time.
